Celebration of Life for Antonino Bevacqua

With his daughter Antonella by his side, at the age of 88 years, Antonino left this earth to be with his Lord and Savior. He was born to Pasquale and Antonia Bevacqua in Reggio, Calabria, Italy. Survived by his beloved wife of 63 years, Giuseppina (nee Richichi), “il zucchero del suo cuore”, his “Sweetheart”. Loving and adored father of Antonella (Scott), Giuseppe (Daphne), Pasquale (Cathy), Giovanni, and Tony. Dearest Nonno to his much loved grandchildren, Anthony, Nicholas, Vanessa, Sophia, Micah, Steven, Jesse, and, Lincoln all of whom spent so much time with him up until his last days. Respected brother to his family in Italy. Beloved brother-in-law of Dominic and Marianna Richichi and Angela Laboccetta. Treasured longtime friend and Compare of Cesare and Joanne Temi. Antonino was an extremely well-respected, and hard-working man who loved his wife and family beyond anything else. Friends may pay respects, by appointment only, at the Kelly Funeral Home in Barrhaven, 3000 Woodroffe Avenue (south of Fallowfield) on Wednesday, January 27, 2021 between 10 am and 8 p.m. Please contact Vanessa at 613-805-9422 to book a visitation time. Private funeral liturgy, due to Covid restrictions, will be held at Kelly Funeral Home Barrhaven.
